Exchange and Return Policy

EXCHANGES

  • Eligibility: Items acquired online can only be exchanged through the online store.
  • Deadline for exchange requests: Within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Where to request an exchange: Customer Service (WhatsApp / E-mail / Store at the Bal Harbour Shops).
  • Non-eligible items: Custom-made, personalized, or customized items.
  • Exchange conditions: Items in perfect, like-new condition, with all their original tags, certificates, and packaging intact. Items that ar damaged or scratched will be denied an exchange.
  • Packaging: Items must be returned in like-new condition, alongside their security seal and all accessories, tags, materials, and documents that accompanied the delivery.
  • Exchanges will only be authorized after a quality assurance inspection by our internal team. If a piece fails to pass this quality assurance inspection, the return shipping fee will be incurred by the customer.

RETURNS

  • Non-eligible items: Custom-made, personalized, or customized items.

    certificates, and packaging intact. Items that are damaged or scratched will be denied a return.

  • Refunds: Only the original buyer is eligible for refunds of the amount paid.
  • Refund deposit (Debit card): If the method of payment was pix or bank payment, refunds will be via direct deposit. Refunds are processed within 10 days after approval.
  • Credit card refund: Refunds for payments made via credit card will follow the rules of the credit card issuer. It may take up to 2 months to process your refund, depending on your credit card due date or closing date.
